Why a Guest Food Blogger Section

Travel is one of my passions in life. I love to visit new places and trying local meals. Too many people travel but overlook this simple means to really experience a location.

While traveling, I seldom eat where the tourist eat but try to seek out places that are for the locals. I wandered into a night market in Kota Kinabalu. It had dozens of food stalls where you could buy an assortment of dishes. I stuffed myself with many new dishes and spent very little. I asked a taxi driver a few days later, where would he take his family for a meal, and he mentioned the market.

Let’s Travel by way of the kitchen

COVID has stopped tourism.  Since we can not travel, I am reaching out to food bloggers having them do a guest post of some of their favorite dishes. .

I lived just outside of Saarbrücken which is the capital and largest city of the state of Saarland, Germany for a few months. The Saar River borders the city and France is on the other side of the river. I used to eat at an Italian restaurant, owned by a Palestinian who said his specialty was Persian food. Now that was a mix of cultures.
